Privacy.
The short version: this website does not track you.
Who is responsible
Responsible for this website: Marlos, Roberta Reali and Kaitlynn A. Hawranke.

Marlos is an early stage project. Company details will be added here once the company is registered.
What this website does not do
No analytics. No trackers. No advertising. No cookies.
The fonts, the pictures and the code are served from this website itself. Nothing is loaded from other companies, so nobody else learns that you were here.
What your browser remembers
Two small notes are kept in your own browser (local storage): that you have seen the cookie notice, and which language you chose. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.
You can remove them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Server logs
This website is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like every website, the server that delivers these pages receives your IP address, the time and the page you asked for. That is technically necessary.
We do not evaluate these logs, and we do not combine them with anything else.
When you write to us
The contact form opens your own email app; it sends nothing to a server of ours. When you send the email, we receive what you wrote: your name, your school, your email address and your message.
We use this only to answer you. We do not pass it on. We delete it when it is no longer needed, or earlier if you ask.
Links to other sites
The links to LinkedIn and Instagram are plain links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you click, and then their own privacy rules apply.
Marlos in a school trial
This page is about the website only. In a school trial, the school is the controller under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and Marlos is its processor. The trial documents describe this in detail; we send them on request.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you may ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@marlos.app.
You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
